Youth Fitness
A 6 week block program designed to improve general physical preparedness through strength and conditioning. The block program focuses on a specific strength/skill and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, with progressions designed to each individual level. A fitness program not only built for physical achievements, but also, greater confidence, character, grit, teamwork, and respect. For ages 9-16 years old of all fitness levels.
